The Whole30 is a program designed to remove inflammatory foods (sugar, grains, dairy, and legumes) for 30 days, giving your body a reset, and then slowly reintroducing those foods to see how you then tolerate them. Most people are so changed upon completion of the program, that it drastically impacts their relationship with food forever. It’s a great way to commit to something you can do on a short term basis (30 days). Then you can evaluate how you feel after it’s over and how you’d like to proceed with those changes.
