Blackened Tuna Dip
A delightful little appetizer or a light meal.
1 cup blackened tuna**
1/4 cup mayo
1 tsp old bay seasoning
1/2 tsp dill
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
**To make blackened tuna, take a fresh tuna filet brush with avocado oil and liberally season with old bay seasoning. Using a skillet (cast iron works best), add a thin layer of avocado oil to pan and heat on medium. Sear filet on both sides 3-5 minutes each until cooked through.
In a bowl, chop up cooked filet with a fork or whisk. Add remaining ingredients stirring until well mixed. Can be served warm or chilled.
