Recipe: Mango Cilantro-Lime Slaw

Cabbage Mixture:
4 cups shredded green cabbage or 10 oz package
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
1 cup diced mango
Sauce:
1/2 cup mayo
Juice of 1 lime
1 tbs honey
1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
In a bowl, whisk sauce ingredients until smooth. Add sauce to cabbage mixture a little at a time to get desired consistency. You can make it extra sauce-y by adding it all or just a light layer. Toss until coated.
This slaw is best consumed immediately. Otherwise it will become a little liquid-y overnight.
