Honey Chocolate Kisses

1/2 cup raw local honey
1/2 cup coconut oil or grass fed butter (room temp)
1/2 cup cacao powder (sift for best results to remove lumps)
1/2 tsp celtic sea salt
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well incorporated. Pipe onto parchment paper and freeze 10 minutes. Remove from parchment and put kisses in a freezer safe container. Eat directly from freezer! Since these are made with coconut oil, they will soften at room temp. It is best to just enjoy right from the fridge to prevent excess melting. Who doesn’t love chocolate from the freezer anyway!
