Asian Coleslaw

Ingredients:
10 oz bag shredded green cabbage
1 large carrot – peeled and shredded
1 medium red bell pepper – finely sliced
1/2 cup green onions – finely diced
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tbs coconut aminos
1 tbs honey
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup mayo
In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well incorporated. Serve immediately.
This slaw can be adapted to taste, for a sweeter slaw add more honey 1 tsp at a time. For a more salty or “soy” sauce tasting slaw add more coconut aminos 1 tsp at a time.
